On the other hand metabolism does not slow down if you fast only for a short time period.

The second aspect that has been highlighted in the Eat Stop Eat e-book is the need to perform strength exercises. It is believed that these exercises can work wonders in enabling you to gain muscle mass and this in turn will give a thrust to your weight loss program.
Conclusion: If asked to rate this program, I would give it 4 stars. It includes both the aspects of weight loss as in consuming healthy low calorie foods and exercising regularly to keep fit. It might not be a feasible way to lose weight for all age groups. Well, that does not mean that this weight loss program is ineffective. It can be customized a bit to suit your personal requirements.
