Conclusion: If asked to rate this weight loss program, I would give it 3 stars, as this program does not involve dependence on any kind of artificial method to lose weight. Rather, it teaches you to lose weight in a natural way. Adding alkaline foods to your diet plan not just helps you keep in shape but also goes a long way in maintaining the balance of your body and thus keep numerous physical problems away from you.
However, in my opinion, there is one thing badly missing in this program and that is it does not lay emphasis on the need to workout, which according to me is a must if you want your weight loss program to be successful.
