Natural Weight Loss Tip 2

The Key Ingredients of the Master Cleanse

You have probably heard about the Master Cleanse. After all, it has many benefits, which include natural weight loss as well as overall improved energy and health.  And maybe you’ve been wondering if it could be for you.  Or maybe you have already decided that you want to go for this holistic approach to release excess fat and you’re ready for the next step:  you want to find out how to do the Master Cleanse.  You may also be concerned about side effects, particularly hunger.  However, you won’t have to worry too much.  While hunger is likely to occur occasionally, there are various things you can do that will help you cope as you reap the benefits of the Master Cleanse.  First though, here’s what you’ll need:

For a basic cleanse, you’ll use the following main ingredients: pure filtered water, grade B organic maple syrup, organic Cayenne pepper, organic lemons, and unrefined sea salt. Be sure your basic ingredients are organic as much as possible.   Also, they contain no fat whatsoever.  You can easily see how natural weight loss can quickly result from a diet consisting only of the above five ingredients.

The first ingredient, pure, filtered water, is vitally important for natural weight loss.  You should drink plenty of it, and yes, it must be filtered.  Normal tap water just won’t do it.  Neither will bottled water, which is usually just tap water filled into bottles.  The maple syrup will provide key minerals and other nutrients and make the drink palatable.  It’s very important that it be organic.  The Cayenne pepper will keep your metabolism running at a healthy clip, and the lemons, well, they’re probably one of the most important key ingredients of all for a holistic cleanse.  Make sure you use real lemons and not concentrated lemon or any kind.  If you absolutely cannot find organic lemons, you can substitute regular lemons.  Just make sure they’re the real thing.   Naturally, the sea salt must be unrefined.

There are, however, a few additional ingredients that will help provide important additional nutrition and make the process easier. They are various herbal teas, including a laxative tea, psyllium husks and wheat grass.  While the laxative tea and the psyllium will help clean out the digestive tract, wheat grass provides essential nutrients as well as protein.  In addition, being able to drink a range of other herbal teas will help alleviate the boredom inherent in this natural weight loss program that may come from drinking water and that special lemonade all day long.  And all of them will help keep hunger in check as you go about losing excess fat.

In addition, some people also take certain herbal supplements to help reduce feelings of hunger further as they enjoy the process of losing their weight naturally.  And for those who find the full version of the Master Cleanse too drastic a change from their normal ways of eating, there are a few less intense approaches.  One of them involves easing into the cleanse gradually, by making step-by-step changes in food intake.  After a few days, they’ll be ready to move to the Master Cleanse “proper” and reap the full benefits.

Yet another holistic alternative involves a modified Master Cleanse.  While it won’t deliver quite the same benefits as the regular master cleanse, especially when it comes to natural weight loss, it will certainly be a valid first step on the path that may, in time, lead to the real thing.  Some people may not be able to handle the full-fledged Master Cleanse because of medical conditions.  They will find the modified version very helpful.
