Fast Weight Loss and the Amazing Power of Synergy

You’ve probably been intrigued by those before and after photos in body building magazines or in ads for fast weight loss products.  Chances are you’ve also believed that these kinds of results are impossible.  Not that this would keep you from wanting them, and not only that – you want them a whole lot faster than at a slow-poke pace of 1 or 2 pounds a week, the “recommended” pace of reducing your body mass index.

You wonder if it could be possible to lose excess fat this quickly, and if so, if it’s safe.  The answer to both of your questions is “yes.”  It is quite possible, and if it’s done correctly, it’s safe as well.  This means, of course, that if you go to experts who are in the business of showing you how it’s done correctly,  the dream of fast weight loss can really be within your reach.

Not only that, but when you combine the two, your results will be far better than you’d expect even from the combination of the results of each one done individually.  The secret lies in the synergy that will happen if you combine those two.  Synergy means that when you add two things together that have a synergistic effect, they combine to something far greater than the mere combination of each of their characteristics.  This is well-known from medicine, where you can take two drugs separately with certain effects, but when you take them together, you get an effect that can be a multiple of what you would expect from mere mathematical addition.  The same is the case when you combine the right kind of diet with the right kind of exercise.  Your fat loss can far exceed what it would be with each of them alone, and also what you would expect from each of their effects simply added together.
